The products sold are digital posters, delivered electronically.
No physical goods are shipped.

3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal and Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
This 14-day period also constitutes our money-back guarantee.
The right applies even if:

• The digital poster has already been delivered
• The file has been downloaded or viewed

6. Effect of Withdrawal

Once a refund has been issued:

• Your license to use the digital poster is terminated
• You are kindly requested to delete any copies in your possession
  (this request does not affect your statutory rights)

7. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate and limit refund requests in cases of:

• Fraud
• Abuse of the refund system
• Repeated bad-faith behavior

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
