  • Copterline, a finnish company that operates sikorsky s-76 helicopters, crashed into the gulf of finland. the 14 passengers included eight finns as well as four estonians. two americans were also aboard. there are no survivors.
  • The united states of america and the african union are no longer demanding that the coup in mauritania last week be reversed. the us works with the military junta in order to ensure multi-party elections are held as quickly as possible.
  • Yahoo inc. has reached an agreement to pay approximately. yahoo inc. is negotiating to pay approximately.
