  • Sep 21st, 2018 Libyan Civil War (2014-2018), Battle of Tripoli (2018): Recent clashes in Tripoli have resulted in 96 deaths. The clashes that began on August 26, 2018 left 444 people dead and 16 others missing.
  • Sep 21st, 2017 Syrian Civil War: Russian-Syrian warplanes conduct airstrikes on southern Idlib killing three civilians and injuring many more.
  • Sep 21st, 2016 According to the Obama administration, Russia is responsible for the September 19th bombing of an aid convoy belonging to United Nations near Aleppo. Russia denies any involvement. The United Nations suspended all humanitarian convoys to Syria in the wake of the attack.
  • Sep 21st, 2015 Russian role in the Syrian Civil War, Russia's involvement in the Civil War: Russia's forces attack al-Shaar in eastern Aleppo with surface-to-surface rockets. They hit a busy public market and killed more than 30 civilians. (Ara News). U.S. officials claim that Russia has started flying drones to monitor Syria. This would be Russia’s first military air operation in the country since the recent military buildup at the Syrian airbase in Latakia.
