  • Eight officers were killed when a suicide bomber drove a Humvee and detonated it with explosives in front of a security building.

This investigation is based on allegations made by Huawei, a Chinese telecoms company, that FedEx tried to divert its shipping route without FedEx's authorization. FedEx has denied these claims.
  • 29 people were injured in a fire that broke out at Velika Kladusa, a temporary shelter for 500 migrants from northwestern Bosnia.
  • 79 people were injured when an explosion occurred at the Russian Military High-explosive Production and Storage Facility in Dzerzhinsk.
