  • Jan 8th, 2019 Russian military police says it has begun patrolling Manbij in the Syrian Civil War. (TASS). The U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces claim that five foreign nationals were captured fighting for the Islamic State of Iraq. Two of the five are from the United States; two from Pakistan, and one from Ireland.
  • Jan 8th, 2018 Pfizer, a pharmaceutical company, has stopped research on Parkinson's and Alzheimer's diseases.
  • Jan 8th, 2017 January 2017, Jerusalem vehicular attack: A truck crashes into a group Israeli soldiers in an attack on East Jerusalem. The attack resulted in the deaths of four and injuring 21 others. The terrorist was previously convicted and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
